The North Wind Newsletter is edited and published by the office of the Chronicler (recording secretary), for the Barony of Lions Gate, the local branch of the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA, Inc.). The Chronicler is also required to take the minutes at monthly Council.
Wymarcha Hektanah Doiron (AKA Rissa Johnson) became Chronicler in December 2010.
